Why do you charge by the year?
A monthly or one-time fee doesn’t make sense as we’re creating summaries for all of your content at once. The price for a single month would be too high to make sense.
Will you only use OpenAI's GPT series?
It’s important to note that OpenAI’s GPT series of algorithms may not always be the best publicly available ones. At that point, we could switch to Google’s Bard or whichever company provides the best available service. We will keep up with industry developments so you don’t have to.
How good are the summaries?
Pre-GPT3 summaries used to be very rudimentary and were mostly just quotes from the document. With GPT3, it understands language and can summarize concepts that are in different sentences or paragraphs together. The summaries are far better than they used to be.
Do you store my content?
We don’t store your content. We take a cryptographic hash of the content, but don’t store the actual text. Please note that the providers themselves may store your content and that will vary by the provider.
What are the algorithms you're using?
Right now, the best summarization algorithm publicly available is ChatGPT/GPT 3.5 algorithm. In the near future, GPT 4 will become publicly available. At that point, all pro-level subscribers can re-summarize with the new algorithm (or any future algorithms).
How difficult is it to create a summary?
Creating a summary is easy. If you’re publishing or updating a post with new content, a summary will automatically be generated. If you’re on the pro tier,
Why shouldn't I make my own summaries or some other summary plugin?
If you try to make your own summaries, you will have to update them as new algorithms come out or you make changes to the post. With us, you don’t have to worry as everything is automatic.
With other plug-ins, you have to create setups or sign up for a single summarization service. With us, we handle all of the accounts and setup for you. You don’t have to worry about the setup and new accounts.
What are your terms of service?
We don’t allow for abuse of the service. For example, if a single site pro subscription is creating summaries for other sites, that would be an abuse of the terms of service. The subscription would be canceled and no refunds would be given.
